ENT Services Now Offered at Shenandoah Medical Center

Shenandoah Medical Center opened its newest specialty practice on May 16th, which will feature Dr. Paul Sherrerd. Dr. Sherrerd is a graduate of the University of Nebraska Medical Center and completed his postgraduate training in ear, nose, and throat (ENT) care at UNMC as well. Dr. Sherrerd has been in private practice in Omaha since 1981, and in 1986, he established Family ENT to provide comprehensive medical care for patients needing relief from a wide range of conditions. His practice includes a special interest in upper respiratory allergy disorders.
Dr. Sherrerd is an ENT specialist, also known as an otolaryngologist, who offers a full range of care for conditions that affect the head and neck. An otolaryngologist diagnoses and provides medical and/or surgical therapy or prevention of diseases, allergies, neoplasms, deformities, disorders and/or injuries of the ears, nose, sinuses, throat, respiratory and upper alimentary systems, face, jaws, and the other head and neck systems. Head and neck oncology, facial plastic and reconstructive surgery, and the treatment of disorders of hearing and voice are fundamental areas of expertise. From common problems like snoring or allergies to more complex voice problems or ear issues, he has the experience and knowledge to help. Dr. Sherrerd will work with you to develop a treatment plan that addresses your symptoms and fits your lifestyle. Dr. Sherrerd also intends to perform ear tube placements, tonsillectomies, adenoid removal, and septoplasties at Shenandoah Medical Center from a surgical perspective as well. Shenandoah Medical Center is excited to welcome Dr. Sherrerd to its Medical Staff.
